No Refund Policy
Please be advised that all payments made to Zorga Consulting LLC for AI-Waqf Summit registrations, sponsorships, or partnerships are non-refundable.

This policy applies to:

  • Event Registration Fees
  • Sponsorship Packages
  • Exhibition/Booth Reservations
  • Paid Media/Strategic Partnerships

Why This Policy?
Our no-refund policy reflects the significant planning, resource allocation, and commitments we undertake upon each confirmed participation. Once a payment is received, we immediately engage vendors, secure venues, and initiate marketing deliverables on your behalf.

Substitution Policy
Should you be unable to attend, you may nominate a substitute delegate at no additional cost. Please notify us at [email protected] with the new delegate’s details at least 7 days prior to the event.


Unforeseen Circumstances
While our policy is strictly no refunds, in the event of unforeseen and exceptional circumstances, we are committed to fairness. Requests for consideration must be submitted in writing, and any decision regarding partial or full credit towards future events will be made at the sole discretion of Zorga Consulting LLC’s management.

Event Cancellation by Zorga Consulting LLC
If the AI-Waqf Summit is cancelled by Zorga Consulting LLC, registered participants will have the option to:

Transfer their registration to a future event organized by Zorga Consulting LLC, or

Receive an alternative resolution, as determined by the management.
